2 Weeks to go...
Not long now people. All i can say is that there is not enough time to get ready. With work and rugby there is little time left to plan the rest of the trip. If i can remember to pack everything in my bag i will be happy...

The busiest week ever...
I'll start at the start. I was made redundant along with 4 others then offered my job back with a restructure but thought it was a good time to leave on a high and search for employment overseas. So i finish up at Bundaberg Brewed Drinks in 2 weeks, just before the europe trip.
Then to top it of we won our semi final last night over the Falcons. I was not expecting that. with a 16 man team put together that night we dug deep and didn't let go. The boys gave it all they had and i can say i'm proud to be a Bucc!!!
Unfortunately i hurt my shoulder but hopefully with some physio and a little luck it will be ready for the grand final next friday.
All I want to do now is enjoy the weekend.

The weekend in review...
Started out with a good run on friday night with a win for the Bucc's over Isis 34 - 27.
Very lazy saturday with a recap of the Transformers Animated movie, leading up to the Ambrose engagement Party. Good weather, good friends, good food, good booze and a good night had by all.
Sunday was just a lazy day. National Treasure & Sahara on the dvd list leaving me with the urge to leave my job to hunt down lost treasure.

30 days to go...
I cannot believe that there is 30 days until i go overseas. The time has gone so quick. There is so much i haven't done yet.
I have just this morning registered for membership with YHA for discounts at hostels all around the world. Hopefully that will turn up before i leave.
The first shipment of gear from www.gogogear.com.au should arrive early next week. The purchase of a sleeping bag that rolls up into the size of my hand better be a hood idea. :-)
All things asside i think the hardest thing to do will be to tidy up the garage enough so that we can actually fit 2 cars inside. Something that i don't think has ever happened since i have lived at the cove. Ha
